About the event
A week long class series where we will get together and practice Kundalini yoga kriyas (set of exercises) and meditations for about 30-40 min. This time we will be working with brain power and enhancing its capacity. In Kundalini yoga, there is a whole separate set of kriyas and meditations aimed at enhancing and balancing work of our brain.
- fight brain fatigue
- balance right and left hemispheres of the brain
- wake up sleeping parts of the brain
- work with frontal lobe and hypothalamus
Each day we will practice manifestation technique that will get you close to your dreams. We will go over the teachings of Abraham Hicks and Law of Attraction briefly as part of the classes. In a closed Telegram channel, I will post a small and easy to digest excerpt on Law of Attraction theory. I am really excited about this offering!
