About the event
I invite you to a Kundalini Yoga workshop for moms "Guilt free mommy". In this 2-2,5 hrs workshop we will do special meditations and yoga sets that will help to release feelings of guilt, worry and anxiety about being a mom. You will deeply relax and walk away with a new understanding what it means to be a good parent for you.
At the workshop, we will:
- release anxiety and worry
- calm the mind and freeing it from negative thoughts
- clear out your heart center, unloading heavy emotions, that might prevent you from giving freely to your kids
- connect to our intuition so you can parent from a space of inner knowing rather than fear
As a bonus, we will do a special writing exercise to clarify how you want to parent moving forward.
At the end of the class, you will receive a homework - meditation you can practice for the next 40 days to seal the effect of the class.
